Learn the art of cooking over flames on this introductory course. Join us for a day to remember, open flames, delicious food and of course lots of fun!

Using local and seasonal ingredients we will create a feast throughout the day using a combination of our Somerset Grills and Woodfired Gozney Domes.

The day will give you a hands on, immersive experience on how to cook with fire and get great results at home. It is perfect for beginners or those just starting out in open fire cooking.
