Learn how to make a showstopping weekend breakfast!
Wake up your weekend with this deliciously hands-on breakfast cookery class, where you’ll master the art of making morning favourites completely from scratch. Whether you’re a brunch lover, a home baker, or just love starting the day with great food, this relaxed class is the perfect way to learn new skills and enjoy a satisfying session of slow, mindful cooking.
You’ll knead, poach, and whisk your way through a menu that’s equal parts comforting and impressive – from pillowy homemade crumpets to silky hollandaise, perfectly poached eggs, a rich classic coffee cake (not coffee flavoured cake – think cinnamon, crumbley goodness!). Then sit down and enjoy your breakfast with a complimentary glass of Bucks Fizz!
Sample menu includes:
• Homemade Crumpets
• Perfectly Poached Eggs with Hollandaise
• Classic Coffee Cake (no it’s not coffee flavoured cake – think soft cinnamon crumbly goodness!)
