Get into learning the basics of great patisserie here in Ashford!

Love baking, but always steered clear of Patisserie? Well, this is the chance to get your hands stuck into a great course led by our head bakery tutor, James Piloni.

James also teaches our Bread and Advanced Bread course and is excited to share his love and knowledge for Patisserie with you on this full-day course.

You will learn the foundations of classic French Patisserie, with a combination of demonstrations and hands-on tasks the day will be filled with learning and also trying your delicious bakes!

You will create a selection of the following and get to take it all home to enjoy!

The course is perfect for beginners and improvers and will run at a relaxing pace for you to enjoy and ask questions along the way.
Lunch is included.

  • Choux pastry
  • Eclairs
  • Creme pat
  • Chocolate mousse
  • Tarte Au Citron
